Yikes! After a winter of too much Brie, fine pate, and red wine, and too little activity, I have discovered that I've gained 15 pounds and am now pushing the overweight range for my height (5'7", 144 lbs.)
The obvious is to lay off the rich food and add more activity to my lifestyle, but what comes after that? Can anyone direct me to a website or book for beginning weight trainers? Or, simply give me some advice?
