    Dominant Working Style: Healer

    Dominant Emoting Style: Empath

    EVOKATEUR™ THINKING STYLE
Personal extracts from the ANSIR® 3 Sides of You® book
They are the most creative individuals and often the oddest.
They generally conduct their everyday living with seeming detachment.
"For them, being peculiar is more than nature, it is necessity. As north IS, as south IS, Evokateurs ARE the most unusual beings on the planet, bar none. These ones must be peculiar in order to fulfill their life purpose.
In everyday life, they generally choose spectator seats or assume sideline positions rather than join others in the fray, play, and decision-making. They prefer the rich fantasies and swirling tapestries of their own chimera to outer world reality, and often conduct their living with a detached remoteness that's less than normal but more than aloof. It's difficult for others to comprehend a world within a world, far less comprehend those who have one. Who among can imagine an internal reality that's more intimate, more satisfying and fulfilling than the reality we know as world and call home — but it is so, for Evokateurs. There's a good reason for Evokateur oddness. It's the uniform most commonly worn by greatness." ...

    HEALER™ WORKING STYLE
Personal extracts from the ANSIR® 3 Sides of You® book
When they solve problems, they look at its effect and impact on the system as a whole.
They have a natural talent for any field or endeavour where healing is involved.
"These are the ones who change or broaden perspectives. The following excerpts are less specific than indicative of how this Style of strength approaches jobs or tasks. Healers find it odd that when people stub their toe they get angry, curse, and through hobbled grimace and gritted teeth ignore the pain. How much quicker the heal and more pleasant the day if that throbbing toe were held, its pain acknowledged, then comforted by sympathetic hands till pain eases and ends. After all, no matter the shoe, the speed, or the rocky path pointed, that toe never lets the body down. If small this change in thought does seem, apply that small principle to a larger scale, as Healers would, and note what differences result with change of belief. When the body is sick or diseased, the prescribed policy is to view the disease with winner-loser hostility. Rather than stiffening resolve and muscle, and steadying nerve to control pain, rather than declaring all-out war and focusing energy and resources on destroying the invader, flip perspectives instead. Focus light on body's plight, for it's every bit in need of caress, as a stubbed toe. Accept the pain. Validate its existence. The body system may be confused as to which is friend and which is foe — the body for allowing disease to enter or disease for daring. Wars are always confusing. As peace follows surrender in war, heal and cure can follow surrender in body disease." ...

When the dominant strength is Healer, predominant will be

System thinking that's people-first focused and skill in finding the root causes of problems.

    EMPATH™ EMOTING STYLE
Personal extracts from the ANSIR® 3 Sides of You® book
Their emotions bubble over easily and unexpectedly.
They may confuse being used with being needed.
"Ranked among the most powerful of ANSIR® Styles, Empath is endowed with incredible gifts: emotion-acuity and intellect second-to-none. These innate skills and abilities are necessary as their purpose and message can alter man, world, and future, upon delivery. They are purely emotional beings. Most don't realize how powerful they are, or how destructive they can be. As children, when teased and/or taunted for being sissy, Empath begins to mask their feelings. When they begin to speak, they may mask their thoughts as well. Before they talked, they knew more or less what others were thinking and wanting, and often responded before words were spoken. When they learn to speak, they also learn what "good," "bad," and "worst" feels like. Good is when others like what they say; bad is when they don't; and worst is when others get angry. Why do they get this sure answer inside but when they act accordingly, get mixed and unexpected responses — from happy love to angry hate? It shakes their faith in their ability to understand, when loved and trusted others tell them with words what they feel is not right. They become reactionary chameleons, expert at fitting themselves into whatever mood-mold pleases, and thus beginning what will become an Empath trait, "tell them what they want to hear." ...

    Thinking Style: EVOKATEUR™

    • They are the most creative individuals and often the oddest.
    • They generally conduct their everyday living with seeming detachment.
It's the uniform most commonly worn by greatness."

    Working Style: EVOKATEUR™

    • When focused, they're difficult to distract.
    • Their creative genius is often unknown to others.
"Not even anonymity's generous umbrella can fully hide the truth about Evokateurs...they all harbour creative brilliance. They learn early in life that it's best to experiment silently and experience privately, as ample-confidence and sample-evidence will be needed to withstand logic's scrutiny, once brought to bear and to light. How readily they share their abstractions and creations with others, depends on whether their environment is one of encouragement or discouragement. Their private Evokateur-world is more real to them than this one of ours, and satisfies most of their needs. Creativity is a cellular obsession for Evokateurs; they create anyway. Many look for mundane-type jobs they can perform with one eye shut and mind half-alert...like assembly line work. Predictability and routine allows them to put brain and body on automatic pilot while they escape into their own world, where things are more interesting."

    Emoting Style:
    EXTREMIST™

    • They are often happiest and shine their brightest in stressful situations.

"Early in life they seem to have decided that emotions and others would not play or share centre stage with them. Whether cellularly decided or externally influenced, Extremists are not emotionally vulnerable or available to others. They seem to have sworn an oath to "not love." By the time they leave home, they've likely developed their life pattern of uncompromising independence and dismissed the rules of society as being too restrictive for them. Extremists have a thrill-of-danger need that usually seeks satisfaction through physical challenges — breaking laws of nature or defying laws of science. Sometimes they seek needed thrill satisfaction through mental challenges — manipulating human nature and rearranging letters of law. An Extremist does not challenge laws of nature (physical or human), out of respect as most others do. The fuel that drives them is contempt."

Post Re: 3 Sides of You

I was actually not sure whether I'm Philosopher, Evokateur or Extremist emotionally. The description of Philosopher sounded a bit too 'great', Evokateur is already my result for Thinking and Working, so I chose Extremist, since extreme situations seem to trigger good ideas in me indeed.

    EVOKATEUR™ EMOTING STYLE

    • To them the world in general is somewhat barbaric, and people, hurried and harsh.
    • They're extraordinarily cautious about long-term commitments.
"Evokateur does not live with us or as us in this world. They are born aware of other depths, dimensions, and realities. Others can find these purely emotional beings difficult to understand. Some find the concept of such emotionality interesting, some envy, but for most — nightmares are more welcome. Regardless, emotions rule Evokateurs and that means one thing: ultra-creativity. Evokateur-world, just behind Evokateur eyes, is as real for them as this one of ours. Relating to them is multi-frustrating for most, though multi-enlightening for some — those who understand and experience Evokateur discover that love has more layers than previously realized. Others speak of Evokateur's extraordinary oddness, history speaks of their extraordinary accomplishments. However, extraordinary tends to travel odd paths; those on this or that side of normal. And while they've many lessons to master; pleasing others is not one of them." ...

Dominant Thinking StyleDominant Working StyleDominant Emoting StyleKinsmen Diligent Visionary
    KINSMEN™ THINKING STYLE

Personal extracts from the ANSIR® 3 Sides of You® book

    • Family is a common thread running through all they think and do.
    • They are gifted negotiators.

"High energy and organization are hallmarks of these busy individuals. Kinsmen enjoy a wide variety of interests, though for a vast majority music and fitness were found to figure prominently. Others, generally and genuinely "like" wide-smiling and warmly approachable Kinsmen. Most feel safe around them and for good reason. Kinsmen take care of others. Like most logicals, when Kinsmen tackle a job or project, they start from the premise of a well-defined problem and a clear objective. How-ever, in Kinsmen solution systems there is one personality-typical step that differentiates their approach from all others. At set intervals, Kinsmen makes allowance for consensus-taking. All privy and party to outcomes are invited to review their state of progress, to opine, and give their nod of approval before Kinsmen feels confident about proceeding. Not fulfilling obligations, when and as promised, is demoralizing for conscientious Kinsmen. With their highly-evolved sense of responsibility and strong need to please, no other is as self-critical or as quick to don the mantle of blame, as them." ...
    DILIGENT™ WORKING STYLE

Personal extracts from the ANSIR® 3 Sides of You® book

    • They are reliable and dependable workers, who respect hierarchical order of command.
    • Logical and perfectionistic, they check and re-check work, and resent being rushed.

"Diligents know how to work, like to work, and know how to get things done right the first time around. Their working style is methodical, logical, systematic, and perfectionistic. They are the workplace "pick of the litter" when the call is for dedication, loyalty, and thoroughness. They're worker bees with an impressive intellect and an unwavering dedication to the task, to the goal, and to the company's future. Detail is their particular ease and expertise. Data measures progress and against the criteria of fact do they gauge success. They will not be rushed, take shortcuts, nor leave until the job meets their satisfaction. And they perform as precisely and reliably day in and day out...though not uncomplainingly. Routine and predictability are reassuring to security-conscious, goal-oriented Diligents, who also tend to be early risers. Throughout history, education and business have been modelled along Diligent principles of hard work, logic, discipline, honesty, a penny saved is a penny earned, God-fearing, and gold watch retirement. But old world dinosaurs they are not! As Tonto was to The Lone Ranger, Diligents are to movers and shakers." ...
    VISIONARY™ EMOTING STYLE

Personal extracts from the ANSIR® 3 Sides of You® book

    • Many are intimidated by the confidence they exude.
    • They're impatient.

"Visionary tends to be noticed. Something more than attractiveness emanates; something tangible yet elusive draws others' attention. In social situations, they often adopt an aloof persona out of innate shyness often needing time to feel a certain level of comfort before removing their don't-approach masks. Once they do, the reason for reluctance becomes clear. Few are as passionate about people and life as Visionary. Many are innervated in their charismatic presence though equally as many can be intimidated by the confidence they exude. If others are uncomfortable around Visionarys there's a reason. Interestingly, when two Visionary "strangers" meet, either a sense of déja vu is experienced or sexual sparks are ignited. Intuition may be their gift but communication unwraps it. Visionary leads the world with words." ...
All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream at night, in the dusky recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams, with open eyes, to make it possible.

ECCENTRIK™ WORKING STYLEPersonal extracts from the ANSIR® 3 Sides of You® book

    • Professionally, they seek cutting-edge industries or interests.
    • They prefer working alone to teamwork.

"Eccentrik usually decides well-in-advance who may or may not read their resumé. These individuals are success driven, goal-oriented, and astute business people. They participate on turf of their own choosing and keep time by their own watches. As they live their lives on the tottering edge of eccentricity, personally — they seek cutting edges, professionally. Industries, fields, and ventures where success is yet to be proven, rules yet to be written, and environments without cookie-cutter-constraint are where these individualists excel. Eccentrik is not a pie-in-the-sky theorist, though pie-in-the-face is not beneath them. They are three-dimensional business realists for whom an idea without form, function, and marketability is an idea wasted. Theirs is a tactile, profit-oriented relationship with creativity and they tend to thrive on tight deadlines, often purposely mismanaging time to sweeten the challenge with a dollop of their own added pressure. When Eccentrik's head lowers, remarkability's rise portents." ...
IDEALIST™ EMOTING STYLEPersonal extracts from the ANSIR® 3 Sides of You® book

    • They like upper-class lifestyles, fast cars, and expensive gifts.
    • They measure success by wealth and power.

"While they have tremendous faith in their own abilities to produce and to lead, unconsciously Idealist fears that unless they take control all will be lost. Their fear may be justified. The world advances in every field of endeavour by march of improvement to time's measure. Perfection is crucial to progress. However fair or unfair, the blunt and brunt of responsibility is borne by those who see the highest potential in self and in others, and demand its fulfillment. No matter what Idealist does, they tend to think, "...it could be better." They try harder than most, they feel more responsible than most, and they are harder on self than most too. They push impatiently toward perfection, even if beyond the scope or scent of realistic. Stopping and smelling the roses is unlikely for them. They'd be distracted by stray grass-clippings along the pathway and either overlook the roses altogether or view them through disappointment-tainted glasses. Perfect is a word they seem to have invented and feel personally responsible for promoting. They don't like things to remain the way they are, but want to improve everything they see and touch, including people. For them, external appearances reflect internal standards." ...

    Dominant Thinking Style: Eccentrik

    ECCENTRIK™ Thinking Style of Strength

    from Step 2: Profile Indepths™

    • They may dress flamboyantly and act outrageously but there's nothing flaky about them.
    • They can mentally design and manipulate objects.
"Weird is a term those of Eccentrik strength become familiar with at an early age. For others, such labelling can be a tripping, burdensome cross to bear. For an Eccentrik, weird is the wind beneath their creative wings that lifts their pride beyond pedestrian concerns. There is something within them, some intrinsic fortitude that cannot bend as willow to wind. Eccentrik might not, but more likely will not bend to accommodate. Once on their independent own, the Eccentrik butterfly emerges with a steely-determination to tailor life to fit them, regardless of social norm and mores. Innovation is their forté and logic is their means. Eccentrik approaches problem-solving methodically and with step-by-step thoroughness, and with one question: is their idea producible. An idea that cannot be physically realized and, ideally, profitized is just wasted thinking." ...

    Dominant Working Style: Diligent

    • They are reliable and dependable workers, who respect hierarchical order of command.
    • Logical and perfectionistic, they check and re-check work, and resent being rushed.
"Diligent knows how to work, likes to work and strives to get things done right the first time around. Their working style is methodical, logical and perfectionistic. They are the workplace "pick of the litter" when the call is for thoroughness. They are worker bees with an impressive intellect and an unwavering dedication to the task, to the goal and to the company's future. Detail is their particular ease and expertise. Data measures progress and against the criteria of fact do they gauge success. They will not be rushed and take shortcuts. Nor will they leave until the job is done to their satisfaction. The Diligent strength performs precisely and reliably day-in and day-out, though not uncomplainingly. Routine and predictability are reassuring to the security-conscious Diligent. Throughout history, education and business have been modelled along Diligent principles of hard work, logic, discipline, a penny saved is a penny earned and gold watch retirement. But, old world dinosaurs they are not! As Tonto was to The Lone Ranger, Diligent is to the movers and shakers of business." ...

    Dominant Emoting Style: Kinsmen

    • They trust intellect over emotions.
    • They have a tendency to become over-zealous about new concepts or ideas.
"Kinsmen are smart, sensitive and gentle. To see them at their finest, to appreciate how brightly human stars can shine join any charitable organization or participate in any public aid program anywhere, anytime. Swelling the goodwill ranks is Kinsmen, who cares enough to apply money and elbow grease with equal ardor — for help and for benefit. Others need to remind them how valuable they are, as they tend to forget. It may take convincing before they'll accept praise though. Humility is their customary way. From undertones, overtones and intonations they intuit the unspoken needs and underlying emotions of individuals and groups, whilst tracking mental precepts. They are natural arbitrators who excel in situations where logic and emotion conflict. Most often, it is the Kinsmen strength that asks, "What is love?" We are going to bite into the warm, chocolate-coated raisin that is the Kinsmen personality. Not with intent to harm, but to understand why such gentle and generous beings suffer Style-typical bouts of emotional blues." ...

And all my youth passed by sad-hearted,
    the joy of Spring was never mine;
Autumn blows through me dread of parting,
and my heart dreams and longs to die.

Real misanthropes are not found in solitude, but in the world; since it is experience of life, and not philosophy, which produces real hatred of mankind.
