Other. In my opinion, it can range from 1 % to 100 % but it depends on the circumstances. If an infant of 100 % Swedish ancestry is adopted by Germans and raised as German, he is German. On the other hand, an Englishman could have 25 % Polish ancestry and feel some sort of identitifcation with all things Polish. Then it is significant. There are prequisites, like being racially compatible. If you are 25 % black it's always significant, even if you have no black social or cultural traits.
    THINK! It's not illegal yet.

    I don't think there's a universal rule about it.
Some people in England honor some distant Celtic ancestors,
people in America with distant Irish ancestors celebrate St. Patrick's day,
people with Native American ancestry from hundreds of years ago receive the Native American card.
For me my small German ancestry isn't significant for identification,
but I don't ignore it either.
basically I only mention it if the question of my genealogy comes up.

So according to you ethnicities do not exist, but you are against ethnic groups interbreeding...? Where is the logic?

Your arguments are arbitrary. That is, they lack necessity or reason.

So I guess YOU don't exist, along with essentially the rest of Europe and the world for that matter...?

Ethnicity, I would say 1/8th, as it is a minor difference, IE German to Danish. Race is on the other hand, a very big difference, and can almost never be diluted.
