Cranachan is a traditional Scots dessert.

Dry toast a handful of pinhead oatmeal in a heavy based pan til golden brown and set to one side.
In a mixing bowl, whip up two cartons of double whipping cream til stiff, then slowly mix in three quarters of a pound jar of heather honey.
Once that is mixed, add half of a half quarter bottle of good single malt whisky.
In individual dessert dishes, place a spoonful of Scottish raspberries in the bottom, then spoon over the cream/honey/whisky mix, and top with another spoonful of raspberries, then a scattering of the toasted oatmeal.

Easy! and very very tasty.
