alfmashold 's reputation has not travelled afar.

Yes, I feed the birds year-round. I use only sunflower seeds as they attract the most variety of birds. The cardinals are my favorite as they are so colorful and are here all year.

No because the birds here are pest, too many of them. I used to have seeds on my window but it drew street pigeons, sometimes fighting to get the seeds, and they started to sh*t on my window. They acted just like immigrants, you give them a finger and they bite your hand.

My drunk neighbours have a big pigeon house to which they resort when they have nothing else to eat. There's a large number of pigeons there so if I'd put out bird feed they'd just eat it all and up their numbers so I don't. Other birds which are mostly endangered and in need of food, wouldn't have a chance to get to that food against so many pigeons.
