    Re: Group of Auwerk.

Westerlauwersk-Frysk globally consists of 3 Frisian dialects, the dialect that is spoken in the terp-area is considered the most pure, this is named Geef-Frysk (which means translated "pure Frisian")...

    Re: Group of Auwerk.

I like the romantique of the idea but concerning reality, Nuttballs IMO..;)

First of all you would have the national barrier, of all Dutch the Frisians are the most monarchistic (House of...

A great guy, it sad he's dead.:(

Re: Classify: Prince William of Britain

William is Nordid (perhaps low Faelid admixture) with slight Dinaroid influences.

On a younger age he didn't show Dinaroid traits but nowadays he's starting to look a bit like his father.

    Re: Classify Varg Vikernes

The pic you posted is the baddest for classification..

    Anyway Varg is clear Classic-Nordid (Gotatyp/Osterdal type/Friterp type/Hallstatt type)
  9. Re: Plz classify Russian ballet soloist Andrei Merkuriev

    Think he's pred. East-Nordid.

Concerning the "dreamer look" on his face this is probably a case of variation, it isn't Eurasian derrived.
  10. Re: Classify Irish BBC presenter, Craig Doyle

    Atlantid/Atlanto-Med + Cromagnid admixture, imo
  11. Re: Classify BBC presenter Louis Theroux

Carleton Coon never spoke much abut Armenoid influences in Europe but Lundman wrote more about armenoid influences in Europe, especially Spain and Italy:

Would call him Littoroid (Lundman's Armenoid-Mediterranoid) but in some pics he looks more Keltic-Nordid +...

    Re: Classify Jaap Stam

Excellent example of Iron-Age Nordid to Keltic-Nordid, I think a lot of the Southern- and Central Europe penetrating Germanics (Bataves, Canninifates, Marcomannen, and later on the Frankish union of...

    http://img176.imageshack.us/img176/343/sbubkasn4.th.jpg

The profile with the frontal pics, he looks to me like a blend between East-Cromagnid and Dinarid.

    Re: Classify Jennifer Ellison

IMO looks Borreby-Alpinid, or alpinized Borreby, reminds me of the Strandid type.

Re: Classify this 'Eric the Red'

He's quite young (below 21) if he gets somewhat more robust he will look Faelid, otherwise Faelid with Nordid admixture.

  18. Re: Cany anyone recomend good books on Dutch antrophology ?

After a tip from Glenlivet I purchased the book The passing of the Frisians. Anthropography of Frisia (Amsterdam, 1927) written by D.J.H. Nyssen.

    Hi Jamopy,

  20. Re: Classify this Nordid/weird looking Scotsman; Andrew Marr

Nordid-Cromagnid (most likely Borreby derrived) + Dinarid (Bellbeaker derrived).

The man in question is broad/short faced and has a shallow jaw, on average Nordids and Cromagnids are deep-jawed or...

If he is real longheaded (headlength > 200 mm.) and highheaded (which can't be observed) Nordid with Corded predominance, imo.

    Re: Endel Lippmaa

He has more Nordid but I agree on the Dinaricized part in him.
Although there is no clear profile shot, his looks in the 3/4 already indeed indicate a rounder cranium.
