i was watching starsky and hutch :) and wondered what david soul was. he is of german and norwegian ancestry i think.

His father is Dr. Richard Solberg, a Lutheran minister, so you were correct in guessing he was German. I'm a novice classifier, but I'd say he's mostly Nordid + Faelid.
Skandonordid-Dalofaelid/Cromagnid or vice versa seems to be about right to me as well, general Nordeuropid variation for sure and looks generally speaking like coming from either Norway or Germany.
