Title The 70 million Empire
Description During the German revolution of 1848/ 1849, the German patriots offered 3 solutions for the German question:
1. The small German solution: Prussia unites the German states without Austria
2. The great German solution: Austria dismisses its eastern regions and unites with the other German states.

And: 3. All German states, Austria, and the territories ruled by Austria united to a huge Empire, the Empire of 70 million residents (in the mid of the 19th century). Austria will be the ruling power instead of Prussia, after reading some information, no they would not call it Great Austria, they would still call it German Empire.
