I eat alot of Dillisk as its full of iron but it tastes pretty good also.I have never used it in cooking so im just interested to find out has anyone ever cooked with it and if so what did you cook.Just incase anyone dose not know what it is its seaweed.

There are lots of Japanese recipes for seaweed. It is used especially in soups and salads. I am not sure if it is the same species as dillisk, however. BTW, it is an excellent dietary source of iodine. I use powdered dried seaweed on meats in lieu of pepper. It imparts a smoky flavor.
