The skull is more rounded than La Ferrassie and Moustier(Neanderthalids), otherwise in a similar way modelled including the bun-shaped rear, but the Cape Flats skull is virtually identical to Predmost3 and Alfalou12.
Cape Flats however is leptoprosopic despite a deep jaw more Nordoid than actual Cromagnoid and wide-gonialed like Alfalou12.

Cape Flats was a big robust male but only had a cranial capacity of 1230 cc. This is less than the average for living Australian Abos. Leakey found lots of large, long faced, long headed, relatively recent skulls in Kenya. There was always talk of how Caucasoid they looked. But there are Blacks living in East Africa with surprisingly Caucasoid features. Their skin is black, however. Perhaps Cape Flats fits this model. It is hard for me to believe that it had any real relationship to the Czech UP material.

The Europids of the White Highlands of Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda used a Capsian blade technology and racially they stand close to the Capsians and Natufians, but generally taller in stature than the former.
Coon reckons that they crossed directly overland across the Tibesti Highlands the Sahara that in the mesolithic era was well-flooded with surface water and contained big herds of game that might have lured the Capsians to move over to East Africa.

The Kenyan Capsians of the Gamble's Cave's burials are older than the Elmenteita, who are more prognatious, whereas this feature elsewhere normally results in slight subnasal prognathy as seen in the Levant.
The noses are thin to wide, the Elmentaitas have long noses and their boses are specialized in concavo-convexity.
Browridges are reduced and the Mediterrenean strain is conclusive in the roundening of the forehead and high orbits; mastoids and muscular attachments are poorer.
The faces are long and narrow, but the mandible is deep and there's eversion of the gonials.
The lenght-height index is moderately orthocephalic, but the basion-bregmatic height is in a few cases very high.

Whatever mixture happened that lead to the Watusi and local (Pseudo-)Hamitic people, the Bantu are unlikely candidates and wont show up until neolithic times, the Europid presence is still found well into the Iron Age.
Neither Coon nor Hooton think of any influential Negrid admixture, but agree upon an indiginous East and South African lineage(Border Cave....) in association with the ancestors of the Bushmen that left their alledged North African homeland before the Near Eastern migration wave.
