Bacon would make a pretty decent Battle-Axe Nordic if not for that silly nose.

I thought more Anglo Saxon.

That's a very unusual assessment.

Why do you say that?

That's a very unusual assessment.

Why do you say that?

Because he looks like an Anglo saxon type. Corded Nordic with that funny Brunn upturned nose. I suppose we must assume that the mysterious, magical, slavic Neo Danubian-East Baltic quality has dominance over most of north Europe, no matter how far west you go.

Brunns don't have upturned noses, Borrebies and Baltids often do.
Male Brunns actually have relatively large, prominent noses. Female Brunns have much less pronounced noses due to dimorphism.

Corded/Cro-Magnid, I'd say.

Anglo saxon? Although his face is pretty skinny for that.

Too high-headed & atypical nose IMO.

That looks like an East Baltid nose to me. East Nordid/ East Baltid would be my guess.

In fact, my observation is that a nose like that is quite rarely seen in East Baltics. At least no one comes to my mind who has a nose like that...

While Brunns sometimes have a nose with a "thick, upturned tip", most textbook examples of East Baltics also have a ski jump nose.

Upturned, round-tipped nose seems to be far more rare in EB's than round-tipped and straight nose.

That photo is supposed to be a textbook example of Alpinid.

That font is a bit difficult to read

I still stick to what I said about the nose of Kevin Bacon :)

Really? Wherever I saved it from had it down as East Baltic.

Here's a few more examples for you. As the head shape chart shows East Baltic and East Alpine are similar types anyway.

Trönder I'd say, more leaning to the Nordid direction.

There is Baltic in him, not sure about the rest, though.

Jäger

Indeed, he actually leans toward East-Nordid, so I revision my first classification.

Nordid/Baltic could be possible. Tough he is, not an avarage guy.

Interesting as you ppl think Trønder-Baltic...

Under Trønder on the SNPA it mentions the "Aistin" type:

(*) In the Baltics, bordering on the Scandinavian peninsula, Trønder-like types are not uncommon. A combination of Corded (http://www.snpa.skadi.net/gloss1.htm#CORDED) and local Cro-Magnid (http://www.snpa.skadi.net/gloss1.htm#CRO-MAGNID) elements, represented by largely unreduced West-Baltids (http://www.snpa.skadi.net/gloss2.htm#WEST-BALTID) (an eastern Dalo-Falid (http://www.snpa.skadi.net/gloss1.htm#F%C3%84LISH) or Brünn (http://www.snpa.skadi.net/gloss1.htm#BR%C3%9CNN) cognate), has resulted in a Baltic Trønder approximation. This could be the type referred to as "Aistin" or "Aisto-Nordid" by Lundman.

Most Aistin examples I've seen don't look like Kevin Bacon. (He looks Baltid+Nordid). Here's a couple of them;
