Why not complain about the African Americans being up there. This site is about European unity not a Nord vs. Med basis. The Mexicans are jumping the border everyday and you are comparing Nords vs. Meds. That is just creating more Nord vs. Med conflict that already exists on this site. I think the Nord vs. Med crap should end. I support both.

I don't think it right to group all French and Italians as Med. Irish and Polish could be a bit Med too and what does "American" mean? And I think the Scots should be somewhere high on the list but they are not even on it.

That is very roughly speaking!

Most Americans reported German ancestry going by their surname or predominance of German surnames in the family tree regardless of whatever else they are mixed with. I would have reported myself as "Belgian" which isn't totally accurate. Those 10,320,935 French are maybe Cajuns and Canucks. :)

What a beautiful and prosperous country we would have if only the two top ethnic groups stayed and the rest hopped a boat back to their origins and oops! the boat sank.

Why should the boat sink and everyone dies from drowning, do you think it's a graceful death, watching someone choke to death, the lungs filling with water and gaping for breadth...either in open sea...or while in a coma in a hospital bed because the lungs are consumed by cancer and the body so weared dwon that it cant take the suffering anymore and collapses...

Just send them away, indeed, wish them a happy crossing and shrug the memory of them off your mind...

No doubt about it
even if it would have been interesting to compare the statistics about immigration also.
i am quite sue that a lot of people would easily fit in more than one ancestry group but the proportion between German, Irish and Italian are really similar to the immigration statistics that ive read few years ago in an American website

Ah, well, you could reserve a magnificent Bantu Homeland in the sun-scorched arid states in the Southwest, including South Carolina, while within a eco-etnical framework deduced "artgerechte Haltung" Northwest Europeans should en masse re-take the East Coast and move over to the Pacific Northwest, where climate, sunlight's angle and general biotope is more appropiate to Nordish races.
Btw, I dont think the Mexicans need a ship to return to Mexico.... :)

The reason why Scottish don't show up in one of the top ethnicities is because their broken down into groups such as "Scotch-Irish"(Ulster Scots), Scottish and "British". There is also a "Celtic" classification. I'm surprised that many people classified themselves as being from English ancestry. It's much more popular to be "German", "Irish" or "Scottish". I can't think of any cultural events short of those held in pioneer reenactments or New England area that celebrate English heritage.

I like the South so, no. They can't have it.

The Mexicans don't *need* a ship, sure, but if it will sink, I'll place them on a boat in Florida and ship them through the Gulf of Mexico.

I've noticed this as well. I read a piece by Garman Lord called something of the nature of "Being English in America". It's a chapter in a book entitled "Our Englishness". Anyway, he noted that it's not popular in America to claim English ancestry and it is an echo from Revolutionary times and the English as the enemy. As a personal anecdote, this is somewhat the case inmy family. Despite having significant colonial English heritage, the elders in the family always stressed the Dutch, German and Scot while the English was listed last and often in a trailing mumble. LOL.

O, my dear Amalaswintha, I know you've a sapid, tattling way to make off-hand humorous remarks, with a sprinkle of flegma and girlish nonchalance, it's an earmark of red-haired women; I wanted to stir up some provocation and see which Pavlovian reactions it would produce... :D

Didn't I tell you that I will take up right after graduating as librarian(hopefully in september 2004) take up a course in Psychology to get another batchelor degree at the Open University in Antwerp; I have a certain appetite to test people out in their relabiality and character strenght and tendencies....so I keep a lot of you folks under scrutinity and the notes are flying from my desk in a mad whirl and fly-over....lol

Especially women are interesting test material...esp. if they have natural charisma, grace and physical beauty like our little Amalaswintha.... :cheekkiss

South Carolina isn't in the southwest, and isn't sunscorched and arid.

I am not for partitioning land among nonwhites, especially recent and future nonwhite immigrants.

Such a revolutionary act as totally turning around our government and reawakening the racial spirit will not go unanswered by our many enemies. There will be a lot of housecleaning to do. I have little doubt it will be a great war, if it ever happens. I'm not sure our people have the killer instincts anymore.

You don't happen to be friends with Harold Covington? :)

The Mexicans can take the long walk home, if you catch my drift. ;)

A lapsus, Mark, I had South California in my mind but a hasty delivery made me write Carolina.

Reinforcing the European faction in certain states on the Atlantic Seaboard where at least 90% of the population is of European descent and use the advantage of a social-economic crisis to invoke dissolvement of the Union if this is in the best interest of the State; little known to Americans, in the constitution of certain states, the State still maintains the right to step out of the United States....

Who's Harold Covington?

You had to go and show him your picture didn't you? Now see what you've done... he's completely enamored now. :)

I thought so, but just making sure, as dear South Carolina deserves better than being thrown to the wayside along with those horrible "sunscorched, arid states." ;) She was the forerunner of Southern independence!

Who's Harold Covington?

He believes in the same idea of a Northwest migration, and massmails the net. :D
