Society today teaches us from a young age that to acknowledge differences between people of different races, or ethnic groups is to be a racist. We are taught that racism is a bad and an undesirable trait to poses. In order to be accepted by our peers we are asked to go along with society in declaring any one who remarks on the differences between races, or ethnic groups as a racist, a person that is bad and should be ostracized from the group for the good of the group. It is a more and more common acurance to hear young people today absent-mindedly declare that something is racist, or an untrue stereotype, when it actually is in fact the mean(average) for the race, or ethnic group.

As mentioning differences between races, or ethnic groups is not politically correct, it is extremely difficult to find individuals, organizations, or governments willing to support studies that would prove differences between them today. But what has caused this? What has happened to the strong nationalist movements that took place through out Europe in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, in which racial, and ethnic studies were not only accepted, but praised? Surely with todays technology and our greater understanding of genetics much more could be learned about our differences, origins, and history. Yet only a fraction of the racial and ethnic studies that were performed in Europe in the late 19th and early 20th centuries are performed today.

Thanks to Franz Boas, the real study of human biology ended in 1939 and was only re-awakened with Sarich and Wilson in 1974 (mtDNA) or possibly Arthur Jensen in 1969 (twin studies of the heritabiliy of intelligence). Without DNA, only allelic substitutions COULD be studied. Differences in allelic frequency between populations constitutes the definition of "race". Therefore, no racial study was done after WW2 and,by extension, no human biology was done either. Now, Boas is just another dead Jew and it is a new day as far as science and Anthropology and Genetics are concerned.
