Well, he certainly isn't a central Asian 'semi-Mongloid' Magyar. I see a definite Nordic strain in the fellow....both in facial structure and pigmentation. Perhaps this Nordic I see is of the Battle-Axe variety.

Broad pariental, wide and high forehead, strong brows, pronounced nose, large, deep mandible with flaring gonial angles and wide bizygomatic breadth in combination with a tall and muscular, long-limbed body posture, etc...Eurasian Steppe/Kurgan type probably.
