Keltic is a term for a mix itself, not a race per se. Besides, I cannot see Nordic or Dinaric in him.

He look predominantly Mediterranean, and probably of the Insular type. He look Saharid in some pictures, which is in the same group as the Pontics, who are related to the Atlanto-Mediterraneans, if it's not a synonym. He got some kind of Cro-Magnon UP element which I cannot specify. He look protomorphic.

Im agree with you, he is asturian (NW. Spain) and in my opinion a very good example of a person mix Atlantid Mediterranean with keltic background.

How do you define "Keltic"? Is it because he is from Oviedo? Do you use it as a geographical/ethnical (whatever it could be defined as)/linguistic term?

I also ask LG what the Nordic part is.

Yes, in North is more visible the keltic/alpine background in Spain.
