Half-Jewish and looks the part

Could I just have the half of her that isn't? :)

Seriously, how do you know that someone is a Jewess? Are there some features that give it away :bconfused

For years I had the hots for Joan Collins until I was informed of her ethnicity :doh Damn, what a waste!!! :( But I honestly can't tell who is and who isn't in a large number of cases :shrug

Hey, who removed the photo of that woman I was talking about???

I dunno, 23 single chromosomes would probably make for quite the monstrosity. ;P

For me it's very easy. Levantine people (like jews, palestinians, syrians, etc), tend to have this rat-like facial features. It's a combination of their noses, lips, big mouths, distance from the eyes to the mouth, foreheads, etc.

Some Jews carry very distinct stereotypical facial traits, while others can be almost or entirely impossible to spot.

Some famous Jews, whom appear to exclusively have Jewish recent ancestry judging from their biographies:

Mila Kunis

Ukrainian Jewish

Jared Kushner

Belarus-German Jewish

Bar Rafaeli

Italian-Polish-Lithuanian Jewish

Natalie Portman

German-Polish-Romanian Jewish

At some point, 'Jewish' in a strictly ethnic or genetic sense becomes fairly null and void, in my opinion. It's an odd crossover between ethnic, religious, tribal and cultural identity.

My apologies for steering the thread further off-topic. If some mod feels inclined to split the topic into a new thread, it could make for an interesting subject in the anthropology forum.

Thanks for the info, Volk und Rasse & Žoreišar!

I'd have probably got most (but not all) of the examples given. There are still some cases though where I find it's pure guesswork :scratch

I'd also have to say, to be perfectly honest, that a lot of Jewesses are quite decent-looking. The more stereotypical ones, however, as highlighted by V&R, are not a very appealing bunch :(
