He looks Paleoasiatic. Maybe he's one of those "Nordics" of the Genghis Khan clan? ;)

Gigantism
Gigantism is an excessive secretion of growth hormone during childhood before the closure of the bone growth plates, which causes overgrowth of the long bones and very tall stature. he vertical growth in height that marks this condition is also accompanied by growth in muscles and organs, which makes the child extremely large for his or her age. The disorder can also delay puberty.

The cause of excess growth hormone secretion is most often a pituitary gland tumor. Giantism may also be caused by an underlying medical condition such as multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) type-1, McCune-Albright syndrome (MAS), neurofibromatosis or Carney complex. Pituitary tumors are never malignant (cancerous). If excessive secretion of growth hormone occurs after normal bone growth has stopped, the condition is known as acromegaly.

That's nice but the individual in question shows no signs of acromegaly. In that condition the cartilage continues to grow, spurred on by the growth hormone. In the picture shown, if this individual had acromegaly, his nose would be much larger and have a convex ridge in the center and the ears would be larger and longer than others in this group. People with this condition are also usually heavier and more muscular than normal and their hands and feet tend to be wider.

The fact is that height is a product of many genes and many alleles. These alleles might be thought of in a simple way as + or - . The more plus alleles and the more positions on the chromosome (genes) and individual has, the taller he will be. It is a simple bell curve. There are more Asians than any other race. A large population would place more people everywhere on the curve but we would tend to notice people at the extremes--hence this individual.

His facial bones are rather long and gracile for a Mongoloid.

I could say :palaeosibirid(prevalent)+nordsinid(slig htly)mix.Anyway i don't see nothing of tungid race or tungid subtypes in this man.
