Perhaps one of the stupidest propoganda ideas to ever come about from the far left multiculturalists - The Friendship Tapestry! :laugh: Damn this needs some serious paryoding! :costumed- :love-smil

We call it : "Friendship Tapestry". The idea is that women from different countries and distant corners of the world participate in this project, by making a little piece of work. While thinking of friendship, make this little piece with your favorite kind of needlework: any kind of stitching, knitting, crochet, quilting, macrame, weaving or whatever you can think of. We will knot this Friendship Tapestry together from all the pieces and have an exhibition that will travel to as many different countries as we can get sponsors to ship and set it up. We will keep you updated on the website with news and pictures of what is happening.
Women have been the ones that have been working with needle and thread through the ages, they also keep the families together with friendship and closeness. That is the means we can use today to help the World Family to get a little closer. Many of us have big families or even illnesses that make it difficult for us to work outside the home or achieve "magnificent things”. But if each woman makes a little piece of friendship and we put all of these pieces together we have a whole world of friendship! Of course men are also welcome to participate in this! And talking about men, Ragnhildur´s husband made the website for this project, so that where ever you are you can see the latest news of how the tapestry is going and be in touch. We can all correspond through this website, and that will make the friendship even closer. No one will take any money for her/his work. This is just done because of friendship and a friendship can´t be purchased – it´s a gift. We are emphasizing neutrality: no politics, no specific religion, no moneymaking, nothing except friendship and a sense of family-closeness.
Everybody is welcome to participate in the Friendship Tapestry !
