I know genes can affect skull shape so is Brachycephalic dominant over Dolichocephalic?

This is a good question and from what I've read, the answer is not yet known. Since the Middle Ages, there has been, in some parts of Europe, a striking trend toward rounder heads. Some anthropologists believe that brachycephally is indeed a dominant genetic trait over dolichocephally. Others I believe, attribute this occurance not to genetic dominance but more to an overall evolutionary trend.

Anyone else?
